Tell me how weird this is:

If I ping a www.yourdomain.com.com , it returns an IP of 1.1.1.1 (just for illustration purposes)

If everyone I know pings www.yourdomain.com.com , it returns an IP of 2.2.2.2 (again, illustration purposes)

So, if i typed in that web address as a url, i would get sent to a version of that website that is different from the site everyone else would go to.

Even weirder:

The IP adress of www.yourdomain.com.com is (as i said earlier) supposed to be 2.2.2.2 , however it still sends me to the website with the url/ip of 1.1.1.1 - even running various traceroutes it show the correct ip (2.2.2.2).

Any suggesstions other than clearing out cache/temp files etc, hell i even tried clearing the arp table for fun...

Thanks in advance.

Chris.

Although it may sound weird there could be a logical reason for it. Clearing your Browser cache would be easy to do and may solve the problem or you could check out http://dnsreport.com/ to see what it says there.

Presuming that you are not a Client of Potent Products, as you haven't stated such, have you done a mover recently from one Hoster or Server to another? And would this account be using a Shared IP address?
