I signed up for the Medium plan yesterday morning. But in the afternoon I received an e-mail saying my order had been refunded, no explanation given.
What was wrong? I hope PP didn't stop taking new customers. I used my ISP's e-mail, my IP is my ISP's, my address and phone area code are in the same county...
The order confirmation did say there would be a phone call to verify the order, however I never received one. Also my domain was registered last week and it has nothing on it (parked at GoDaddy). But hey, that's why I need hosting, isn't it?
Any hint on what I should do differently if I ordered again?
