In the client information area when you log into the billing on the support.potentproducts.com I need to change my billing address and there is no option for that.. is there a way to put that option there?? cuz my renewal got declined cuz of my billing addy didn't match my cc. I was able to manually reenter to pay but still can't change the info on the acct.
It's more work for you if we have to give you the info to change it all.
